Do you dream of creating whimsical mushrooms? In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of needle felting and transform fluffy wool into charming mushrooms.

Choose your own adventure!

• Create realistic mushrooms with vibrant colors.
• Design cartoonish fungi with playful personalities.
• Or, let your imagination run wild with fluorescent fantasy mushrooms!

No experience is necessary. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced needlefelters alike.

Here's what you'll learn:

• Essential needle felting techniques for shaping and sculpting wool.
• How to create a sturdy base for your mushroom creations.
• Tips for achieving different textures and colors.

All materials are provided, including:

• Enough wool to make several mushrooms
• A basic needle felting kit to take home (see below)

Take-Home Kit Includes:

• Wool (enough for at least three medium-sized mushrooms)
• Foam pad work surface
• Three needles (fine, medium, coarse)
• Single-needle holding tool
• Leather finger protectors
• Bamboo skewer (for making thin stems)

Note: Felting needles are very sharp and should be handled with care.

The class is best suited for ages 13 and over. However, children 10 to 12 are welcome with an accompanying adult (please register each person individually).

I took Jennifer's ornament-making class, and it was so fun! My entire family spent part of Christmas Eve making ornaments with the take-home kit Jennifer provided. Warning: This is addicting!
